KLOW is a research blend that adds KPV to the GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 combination, layering an anti-inflammatory peptide onto a skin remodeling and tissue repair foundation.

KPV, a tripeptide derived from the C-terminus of alpha-MSH, has been studied in animal models of colitis and inflammation for its ability to suppress NF-kB signaling and calm inflammatory cytokine activity independent of melanocortin receptor binding.

Combined with GHK-Cu’s role in collagen and matrix turnover and the tissue repair and cell migration effects studied with BPC-157 and TB-500, the blend is being researched for how inflammation control and structural rebuilding interact during recovery processes.
